She grew up on the high seas on a 1971 32 foot boat built in Hong Kong with no refrigeration, no hot water, no electronics! Rebecca recounts a day, after her Dad’s death, where she faces the challenge of “going it alone” on the “torture chamber” offshore of Washington State.
