As an AdventureSail host we agree to:*

Have or develop a site safety plan specific to our program/location.
Be fully insured for AdventureSail Day. (proof of insurance will be required prior to the event)
Require each volunteer/participant to wear lifejackets at all times while on or near the water.
Require each volunteer, presenter and participant to submit an electronic waiver.
Require all persons follow current CDC recommendations for COVID-19, including properly wearing face coverings if in effect .
We agree to review the guidelines and timeline to host AdventureSail.
Have at least one person at the event qualified in CPR/AED/first aid and encourage team leaders to complete SafeSport training.

Otherwise, 30 days prior to hosting, you must provide a certificate of insurance that evidences General Liability and Protection, and Indemnity coverage for your event. Return to the website and look for the insurance upload link when you are ready to send your certificate.
