We need guidance to find participants As an AdventureSail host we agree to:* Have or develop a site safety plan specific to our program/location. Be fully insured for AdventureSail Day. (proof of insurance will be required prior to the event) Require each volunteer/participant to wear lifejackets at all times while on or near the water. Require each volunteer, presenter and participant to submit an electronic waiver. Require all persons follow current CDC recommendations for COVID-19, including properly wearing face coverings if in effect . We agree to review the guidelines and timeline to host AdventureSail. Have at least one person at the event qualified in CPR/AED/first aid and encourage team leaders to complete SafeSport training which is taught through US Sailing. Certificate of Insurance for your eventIf you already have your certificate of insurance, you can upload it here. Otherwise, 30 days prior to hosting, you must provide a certificate of insurance that evidences General Liability and Protection, and Indemnity coverage for your event.
