TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy at all conference facilities at all times. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
  2. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited during the conference, between 7:45 am and 4:30 pm daily. This is also a zero-tolerance policy.
  3. All conference attendees are required to wear life jackets at all times while on the dock, on boats, and on the water. No exceptions apply. It is recommended that attendees bring their own life jackets to the conference. We are unable to offer refunds if attendees are unwilling to wear a life jacket.
  4. While we don’t expect bad weather, the conference organizers can’t control inclement weather. If weather prevents certain outdoor or water activities, we’ll have an indoor session instead. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds due to weather conditions.

Included in Conference Registration Fee:

  1. Workshops on land and water (March 20-22, 2026). One on the water session per participant.
  2. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the post-event social/fundraiser raffle. A cash bar will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted on Saturday and Sunday nights.
  3. Life jackets for those who do not own their own.
  4. Access to sailboats (no extra fee).
  5. Access to merchandise on the website for purchase.

Note: Registrants must be prepared for all weather conditions, including temperature and precipitation. Please check the weather forecast and bring appropriate clothing.

Limits:

1. Only one registration per person (via website) is allowed. This helps us keep track of registrant names and numbers for each workshop.
2. Only one on the water session per participant.
2. The Saturday, March 21 dinner event is purchased separately from the conference registration.

Payments:

1. Credit card payments are accepted via our website.
2. Two payment option plan allows registrants to hold their classes with $250 payment. Must pay dinner and shirt at time of purchase. Will be invoiced in mid-February for balance of conference registration. If second payment is not received by Feb. 28, 2026. Participant's registration will be canceled, and they will be eligible for the 25% refund of what they paid.

Usage:

1. NWSA members must log into the website using their username or email and password to access discounted registration prices.
2. All registrants’ names and information will be included in a master list of attendees. This list will be used for SCYA/NWSA conference correspondence via email and phone. If you no longer want to receive emails from SCYA/NWSA after the conference, you can unsubscribe.
3. All registrants must read the liability waiver and check the box.

Workshops:

1. We cannot guarantee the availability of all workshops, as they may be sold out or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or adverse weather conditions.
